25 जनवरी के प्रदर्शन में शामिल होने की अपील

25 जनवरी को सभी साथी मंडल कार्यालय परिसर में विरोध प्रदर्शन कर रहे हैं मैं लखनऊ मंडल के तमाम सहकर्मियों एवं सदस्यों से करबद्ध निवेदन करता हूँ कि आप सभी अधिक से अधिक संख्या में इस विरोध प्रदर्शन में अवश्य सहभागिता सुनिश्चित करे, साथियों वैसे तो यह प्रदर्शन TMP के विरोध में और पाँच दिवसीय सप्ताह के लिए किया जा रहा है पर वास्तविकता यह है कि आप जब भी कोई विरोध प्रदर्शन करते हो तो स्थानीय प्रबंधन आप का संज्ञान उसी प्रदर्शन के माध्यम से लेता है यहाँ पर यह कहना अनुचित न होगा कि विगत कई वर्षों से स्थानीय मुद्दे गौण रहे हैं परिणामस्वरूप हमे लगातार विपरीत परिणाम मिलते रहे हैं कर्मचारियों के हितों के बजाए प्रबंधन की मनमानी साथियों के कष्ट का कारण बन चुकी है अतः आप सभी साथी हमारे इस विरोध प्रदर्शन में आवश्यक रूप से सम्मिलित हो ताकि कर्मचारियों के हितों के मुद्दों को एक नई दिशा प्रदान की जा सके……………… धन्यवाद…

You may be aware that All India Life will be observing Batch Wearing Demand Day
tomorrow across the Zones, highlighting our following two Demands:-
1) Early notification on 5 Days Week
All India Life demands for a vigorous follow up by the Management with the Ministry for an early notification on 5 Days Week as per GIPSA (General Insurance) pattern only. It is being
understood that political pressure is being built up for having 5 Days Week as per Bank pattern, which All India Life has conveyed its strong opposition to the Management. During its last discussion with the Management on 18th instant, All India Life has made it clear that it will not accept any alteration from the proposal offered during wage settlement with regard to 5
Days Week.
2) Withdrawal of forced Transfer & Mobility
All India Life has time and again asked the Management to withdraw its efforts in introducing forced Transfer & Mobility through various methods for Class III & IV employees. During its
last discussion with the Management on 18th instant, All India Life brought to the notice of the Management that when the average age of the Class is nearly 52 years, such forced Transfer & Mobility will lower the morale of the employees & also far from increasing the productivity or improving services to its policy-holders.

1) Association’s Board should highlight the Badge Wearing Demands.
2) Badges to be distributed immediately on resumption of Office-hours.
3) Lunch-hour Gate Meetings may be held at DO/ZO Units.

All India Life represented by Shri Manohar Viegas, General Secretary, Shri Ganesh Nayak, Joint
Secretary, Shri B.T. Khandekar, President, Mumbai D.O. Unit-I and Shri Arun Mane, Mumbai Unit met Shri
Sharad Shrivastva, E.D.(Personnel), Ms. T.S. Hindoyar, Chief (Personnel) and Shri M.C. Chaturvedi,
Secretary (ER) on 18
th
January 2017 at CO/Mumbai. The following issues were discussed.
1) All India Life conveys the bitter feelings of the LIC Employees at Ground Level:
At the beginning of the discussions itself, All India Life Delegation didn’t mince words in conveying the
feelings of the employees at the ground level.
a) Expresses strong resentment and anger over non-fulfillment of assurances
pertaining to last wage settlement.
b) No Information Sharing Session with the Employees’ Representatives since
the last wage settlement
c) Lowered the morale and created a feeling of mistrust by efforts to push TMP through various
methods.
d) Diamond Jubilee Year passed out without any mementos to the employees.
2) Management’s Admission and Defensive to the feelings of the Employees:
i) On Agreed Pending Benefits –
At the outset, Shri Sharad Srivastav, E.D.(P) while reacting to the All India Life Delegation concern on
behalf of the employees, admitted that the issue of 5 Days Week as per GIPSA, Accumulation up to 270
days and Paternity Leave which were agreed in principle during the last wage settlement could not be
notified till date due to inordinate delay by the Ministry in taking a decision to that effect.
