Cir. No.26/2017 16.06.2017

To: All Zonal/Divisional Units:
Dear Friends,
Sub:Short-listing process by ZO/DO

You are aware that since last week at nearly all the Divisional level, Management began the process of scrutinizing the data of candidates relating to the CGIT case.

Now, in most of the Divisions it is reported that they have short-listed the number of candidates. The Committee was formed at Divisional level with Zonal Representative supervising the process. However, the process was unilaterally and without any transparency carried out. Hence, it is not surprising that in many of the Divisions, according to the report being received none of the candidates have qualified the Management’s parameters.

All India Life had in the beginning of the process itself expressed its lack of faith in Management’s entire exercise when Central Office Management was hesitant to share information at least with the Petitioner’s Association. However, we are taking note of the entire development across the Divisions.
