  1. Sir .
As we know that contempt petition was filed by LIEA in may 2017 and still after passing three months we could not be able even to get it numbered. Senior Advocates like Harish Salve and Mukul Rohatgi may stand against us in the proceedings. Be aware that they will try their best to get the petition rejected on any technical ground.
After getting numbered the petition may come up for hearing .Then after LIC will file application for clubbing all the petitions of similar subject.
After a reasonable time the notices will ne issued and served.
It is suggested to file the application immediately for early hearing with the consultation with our counsel to avoid undue delay. As in the order there is no clause for interest on delayed compliance. LIC will always try to delay dragging the process.
In the meanwhile we should file a Re joinder claiming full salary and 9% Interest wef 22.02.2017 on arrears of back wages .
Sir please do comment for the ssake of information and our knowledge.

    1. Ms. Sangeeta Jainji we aspirants fully agree with you. LIFE Union has to take aggressive follow up work with SC Registrar otherwise definitely it is going to be delay like anything. As you suggested Interest clause must be added to conditions which then only LIC Management will not encourage for further delay.
