In case the petitioners are in a position to produce materials

absorption. Needless to say that the prescribed conditions will
apply.
We direct the Life Insurance Corporation of India to nominate
a senior official of the Corporation to scrutinize the applications

  1. Sir,
SC is given order as per LIC management’s wish. So there is no scope to get absorption after 1991 worked temporary workmen.
    Please clarify

  2. NAMASTE SIR,

IN THE BEGINING OF THE LATEST JUDGEMENT IT WAS MENTIONED THAT “IN CASE THE PETITIONERS”. I HAVE A DOUBT THAT THE JUDGEMENT IS MEANT FOR ALL WORKMEN WHO WORKED BETWEEN 20-05-1985 TO 04-03-1991 OR ONLY PETITIONERS WHOSE NAMES WERE MENTIONED AT THE TIME OF PETITION 30 YEARS LONG BACK. PLEASE CLARIFY SIR.

  3. All of us forget about the CGIT.
problems are classified in three categories
    1. Those who are in CGIT and as well as in sup court will be absorped without any trouble-Thi is not at all a problem
2.those who are in sup court petitioner list but not in CGIT list wont get absorption
    3. Those who are in CGIT alone not in the Sup.Court list wont get absorption
4.Neither CGIT nor sup. court forget it and dont remember this absorption and keep afe of the present job for ur survival
5.After 91 might be refered to Labour court I feel
6.After filling p the 85-91 absorbees then sup court will close this file and will not allow further petitions. Inthe initail stage itself it might be dismissed.
